The Voice: A student-run newspaper About The VoiceNorwalk Community College’s student-run The Voice newspaper is a place where all students have the opportunity to write and publish thoughtfully written, researched, and informative articles that provoke conversation and engage the campus community. Participation in producing The Voice is through membership in the newspaper club which is open to all students at NCC. All majors are encouraged to join us. You don’t have to be a journalism major to write for The Voice. You just need a passion for writing and exercising your freedom of speech. The Voice is published online here. Our social media connections are through Instagram so please connect with us! We invite NCC students to join us Mondays and Wednesdays at 4 p.m. in E115. Please note that we are currently meeting on WebEx. We invite NCC students to suggest a topic for us to cover or make a pitch for a ‘freelance’ article you would like to write and have published in an upcoming issue. We produce five issues every semester. We invite all comments and criticisms and encourage these to create a community of trust and discourse. Send all communications to DChristopher@ncc.commnet.edu The Voice club advisor: Donna Christopher
