Norwalk Community College Has Received 2019 Tree Campus USA Recognition from the Arbor Day Foundation. TheTree Campus USA program helps colleges and universities around the country establish and sustain healthy community forests. obtain this distinction, Norwalk Community College has met the five core standards for sustainable campus forestry required by Tree Campus USA. NCC is the first Connecticut Community College to earn this honor and the second school in Connecticut to be recognized in this way. This recognition is a credit to the work of NCC Tree Campus Committee Members.
